MADE A BOOK in Sept 2013 printed and mailed to me just fine, with e-book copy, but recently order another book in January 13, 2016

book was mailed and signed for by someone else

in the UK, the person I mailed the book to had moved, from the address on the book, I received a email from the person i had mailed the book to,for a friend who the book was for it was a personal photo book. My friend, She contacted me after I emailed her asking if she received my package, meaning my book, I made for her on BLURBS, site. My friend She said, on Jan 13, 2016., No, i DID NOT sorry for the inconvenience IT MAY HAVE CAUSED YOU, I no longer live at that address.

ok, i SAID TO MY SELF, AND JUST RELIZED THAT MY FRIEND DID NOT GET THE BOOK i ODERED FROM blurb, THE photo BOOK, I HAD PREVIOUSLY MADE anD HAD REORDER FROM MY BLURB ACCOUNT ANDREW MODEL

i notified sTEFFAN OF blurb ABOUT iT, VIA PHONE, AND WAS SENT A FOLLOW UP EMAIL

blurB , STEFFAN OF bLURB customer SUPPORT, said=," it was up to the shipper which was fed ex if they wanted to help, IN THE RETRIEVAL PROCESS, SO i CALLED THE uk FED X, SINCE i HAD THE TRACKING NUMBER EMAILED TO ME,

I LOST OUT about 70$ + for the new copy mailed on January 7, 2016, arrived January 13, 2016,

WHEN I SPOKE WITH STEFAN FROM blurb C.S. HE SAID, OVER THE PHONE WOULD HELP IN THE PROCESS, AND HE SENT ME A EMAIL CONFIRMING HE WOULD HELP, when no one did anything- I was emailed the tracking number SO I CONTACTED fed x IN THE uk TO SEE IF THEY WOULD GET MY BOOK BACK FROM THE WRONG ADDRESS, Blurb MAIL IT TO,. THEY DO did not seem to care

i MADE A MISTAKE, I SHOULD NOT BE PENALIZED FOR PUTTING DOWN THE WRONG ADDRESS, NOT KNOWING SOMEONE MOVED.

H HAMILTON FORD, signed for my book and that was not who I addressed my book i ORDERED TO when I checked out, AND REORDERED A BOOK ON THEIR WEBSITE,

BLURB SUPPORT NOT ONLY WAS i HARASSED ME VIA email BY SOMEONE ELSE AT C.S. asking me why I tried CONTACTED FED X?

WHY, BECAUSE YOU DID NOT.

i WANT MY MONEY BACK, i WANT ANOTHER BOOK, i LIKE TO BE ABLE TO SIGN INTO MY ACCOUNT, SO I CAN RECOVER MY BOOKS i HAVE PAID FOR.

i CAN'T SIGN IN TO MY ACCOUNT?

WHy?

i REORDER A BOOK, AND WAS SHIPPED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS, I PROVIDED FED X ANOTHER ADDRESS IN THE uk, AND GAVE THEM OTHER ADDRESS TO SHIP IT BACK TO IF THEY COULD RETRIEVE IT.

recover a book BLURB DID NOT WANT TO HELP AT ALL IN THIS MATTER, WHEN fed NOTIFIED THEM ON JANUARY 19, 2016, ASKING THEM IF YOU LIKE US TO RECOVER THE PACKAGE YOUR CUSTOMER ORDER FROM YOUR photo BOOK WEBSITE, TO SHIP MY BOOK THAT WAS TOLD BY STEFAN SOMEONE WOULD HAVE TO EAT THE COST BLURB OR FED EX, THAT HE WOULD DO SOME ON JAN 13, 2016, their is absolutely no phone contact ; ONE EMPLOYEE IN CUSTOMER SUPPORT DOES not know WHAT THE OTHER support has SAID, LOST of communication in between employees of this blurBry company. I just tried to have the shipped BOOK I PAID FOR RECOVERED shipped,who BLURB used, I wasn't the shipper, so I CALLED fed x WHO SENT A DRIVER OUT TO RETRIEVE IT, ON JANUARY 15, AND THE 17TH, BUT NO ONE WAS HOME, THE TRIED ONE MORE TIME ON JAN 19, could not have any say in the matter FED X attempted to go back and try to retrieve the book I re order on BLURB, this JANUARY, when FED EX CONTACTED THEM BLURB, FED X ASKED THEM DO YOU WANT TO SEND THE PACKAGE, MY BOOK TO THE OTHER ADDRESS PROVIDED? THEY TOLD THEM, NO WE DO NOT!

i HAVE CONFIRMATION FROM FED X ABOUT THIS, ON JANUARY 22, 2016, fED X HAD OPENED TRACES TWO CASES, AND BLURB CLOSED BOTH OF THEM? WHY?

case CLOSED WITH FED X, BOOK SIGNED FOR BY SOMEONE I DO NOT KNOW, KEPT, blurb WILL NOT OFFER ME SEND ME A NEW BOOK, REFUND MY MONEY,

i want MY MONEY BACK, I WANT MY ACCOUNT BLURB ACCOUNT REINSTATED SO I CAN ACCESS MY BOOKS. SO I MAY ORDER ANOTHER ONE.

THEIR RESPONSE WAS WHY DID YOU CONTACT THE SHIPPER AND TELL THEM YOU WERE A BLURB EMPLOYEE, VERBATIM

WELL, I NEVER DID, what baffles me is this company told me via a written statement in a email and via telephone that they would help in the matter, and when they did not, help I tried to do it myself with the help of FED X, but like I said, I may have written the address down at check out, but the irony here is it's a simple mistake of not knowing your friend you order a book for had moved. The reason why I can't access my books at blurb, because of this is very strange. I DEMAND another book mailed to me, have access to my books and e-books on blurbs website again to be reactivated, I feel strongly feel a class action lawsuit someday should be done against this company, if their is one

I HAVE PROOF FROM FED X. ABOUT THIS MATTER, I HAVE TWO SCREEN SHOTS after

trying to get it back from who ever signed for it, they were not the recipient I entered. BLURBS comment about this was, we delivered your book to the correct address, and ged x response was we deliver ro addresses not to people? WTF. I MADE A SIMPLE MISTAKE, having it in writing that steffan at blurb would help, and he did not! I am very upset, that this company does not seen to care, I going to file, a claim with my credit card company, I strongly suggest that you find other companies, with better customer support, I did like the book quality and the easiness to upload photos, in a simple way and create a fast photo book with hard image wrap cover.

I had no idea of others having bad experiences, from this company, since I had my book my hard drive, failed during 2015, so I do not have the e book PDF that I originally paid for when I first published my book I had about five other book that I had been working on for 1 1/2 years, was finished, and now I can't recover my book I can not sign in , and after sending a email by mistake, it just so happened from my i phone. Blurb closed suspended my account, all because I re order a book and it was shipped to a address and the person no longer lives there, so because of this : BLURB WILL NOT SEND ME ANOTHER BOOK, BLURB WILL NOT REFUND ME THE 68.67 what ever it was dollars, I tried emailing support about why I could not sign in, here are a few screen shots, I kindly would like the president of this company to respond this matter ASAP. as i would like my account reinstated: andew model
