They contacted us 2 weeks later and re-printed our order. We did not receive a discount or any money back but they did re-do our order and re-ship it to us.

We made books with Blurb and received a box of banged up books with ripped spines and ink blobs and overlapped print errors in every copy and customer service was nowhere to be found. The books were so damaged they were completely unusable.
We tried endlessly to contact them and never got a response. Had to file a report with credit card company to get our money back.
